Governor Northam today announced the re-opening of Northern Virginia on Friday, June 12th .
Virginia Governor Ralph Northam confirmed on Tuesday that Northern Virginia will join the rest of the state in Phase 2 of the state’s reopening process on Friday. Northern Virginia – along with D.C.’s suburban counties in Maryland – was initially delayed from easing the restrictions that were imposed to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Virginia’s phased recovery plan is an effort to gradually re-establish its once bustling economy.
Some of the features of Phase 2 include:
- Restaurants will be able to offer indoor seating at 50 percent capacity
- Gyms and fitness centers will be able to offer indoor classes with 30 percent capacity
- Entertainment venues can open with some restrictions
- Gatherings of up to 50 people will be permitted
In regards to these new regulations which will be enforced by our local health department, here is what you can expect from Celebrity Delly:
Seating will be available at a 50% capacity

Servers, cooks, and managers will be serving you while wearing masks and gloves.
Maintaining enhanced sanitizing procedures since the beginning of quarantine including but not limited to 15 minute sanitization of all contact surfaces, bathrooms, and serving areas.
All payments will be made after your meal up front through our cashier with our low contact credit card system. This will limit multiple hands touching your credit card or cash and provide a more sanitary experience.
QR codes will be available on our tables for digital menus rather than paper menus. Paper menus will be available upon request only and will be limited.
Sugar caddies, salt, pepper & typical caddy condiments will be removed for your protection from the tables.
Furthermore during this downtime, we have taken the liberty to do a minor overhaul and remodel of the interior of our establishment. The most prominent changes you will notice includes repainting of the interior, new sound system, new ceiling tiles in the entire building, new lighting throughout, and remodeling of our bathrooms. These updates were imperative to maintain the freshness and overall cleanliness of our establishment so that you feel safe revisiting our location. We hope you enjoy the upgrades.
